As you can see in POV 1 ID 471597 was waiting for me in gas station and when he saw me he car rammed me and tried to kill in ghetto, when I escaped that situation, in POV 2 you can see he asked his friend (Hyper Ruthless) who is in the same family as 471597 had put a bounty on me which 471597 used to kill me (Indirect RDM/Targeting), please note this is the same person who had written 18 toxic messages in a row (1st forum reference below) to provoke me and my friend after killing at a situation, after mass toxicity this person is now targeting me.

In the 2nd forum there was a very similar situation where 2 friends had put a bounty and then killed an enemy with the excuse of bounty system to target someone and had been punished for targeting, please take strict actions.

You parked your car in the angle waiting for me to pass by then you deliberately came towards me with full speed to car ram, don't try to deceive or troll admins, your own family member was the one who had set bounty on me which admins can confirm

It isn't meta gaming, I usually go there after end of every hour to relax there with Ahmad, we were even there before he went in Ghetto and before you targeted him, its right outside our apartments so there is no MG
