2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. After my successful Bloods term getting terrorist organization I had so much fun creating new memories and also bringing the fun to new Players as everything I did in my term has either never done before, New players getting experience, And also making sure the RP is fun. I want to continue this term as I am not done giving the fun to the Server and the players themselves
2. This new term I want to go even more Creative. I will do many more events then I did in my Bloods term and make sure I go for Terrorist Organization again as everyone had fun, Created RP, And showed that not everything is about shooting but can also RP. Another reason why I want to become leader is after 00:00 Everyone gets off the game, But then night people come up and I want to make sure they all have fun as we will be doing night events as we did in my Bloods term which a lot of people had fun and was never bored
3. I also just only want to show that being a Leader it can be stressful but it brings good stuff into it. It brings a lot of new memories, Fun, And overall excitement to play a server you love and don't have to be bored playing the game but rather enjoying the game

1. Focused on Teamwork and Great Roleplay
2. Doing a lot of RP scenarios
3. Joining every single Event
4. Giving Bonuses if we win events
5. Making sure everyone follows the rules
6. Getting max Spray profits every hour
