The person I reported to the forum is clearly being toxic by saying they got muted. However, the admin in charge rejected it, saying, “I can't say if this is provoking you, as there was another person who was muted.” As a result, I received a mute penalty, while this person is being toxic and faces no consequences. Suppose they were being toxic toward someone else—wouldn't that still warrant a penalty? Should we consider this normal? Doesn't this attitude encourage toxicity?
I'm opening the previous forum immediately, but since the admin took the forum and closed it two days later, I have to open the appeal forum today.
I know this person did this to me, but let's say they did it to someone else. In a previously reviewed forum, the person was punished for a forum opened by a third party. If we accept that, this person should be punished again. If you say the forum opened by the third party is not acceptable, why was that forum accepted?
I am also attaching the reference forum link here.
this forum, which was opened and rejected by referring to a third party
This is also a forum opened with the same video and accepted despite being a third party.
I know that what has been done is not a big deal, that there is no real punishment for it, and that it might be okay if no one pursues it. However, every assessment you make encourages these people to do even more. If you look at the forums I've opened over the past week, you'll understand. With everything out in the open, your assessments are adding yet another layer of toxicity.
I demand that you do what you must do fairly.

The moment I was muted, this person came over, called me a “muted guy,” and danced around to mock me. The toxic comments they made on their second visit are also out there. Everything is on pov. This person is not my friend and is being toxic. I demand that justice be served.
