At timestamp 0:12 you can see his car was angled somewhere else but when he saw me going towards that area he changed the direction of his car and deliberately came to car ram me at timestamp 0:23 fully charging towards me so that he can then kill me in ghetto after ramming.

Please note previous forum was rejected due to incomplete bodycam but I'm posting this one only for CR.

As you can see in POV 1 ID 471597 was waiting for me in gas station and when he saw me he car rammed me and tried to kill in ghetto, when I escaped that situation, in POV 2 you can see he asked his friend (Hyper Ruthless) who is in the same family as 471597 had put a bounty on me which 471597...

You aimed the car toward me and drove straight at full speed, even though the only paths were right or left. With no road ahead, this is targeted CR.

wdym by targated cr just see this i was coming with speed around 70-80 which is normall speed if you press w for just 1-2 sec so i presed then i tried to turn my wheel left but then i hit your car and i didnt even get time to break or turn right cause i directly hit your car and even in irl those kind of accidents happen while coming out of gas station and i hit your car thats why i couldnt even turn my car its not intentional and i understand its my fault cause i didnt look left before coming out but still its accident not intentional and i didnt even come stright at full speed just slow your pov 0.25 you will see its clear that no cr

It seems accidental as in earlier i can see you also hit someone that was also accidental and also this seems accidental, he didnt rammed again
