(i) I’ve spent quite a long time in the city now, working with illegal organizations, gangs have always been the closest to me. Ever since I first came here, gang life has been my main path. I’ve gained the skills and experience needed to lead a gang, keep everyone active, and make sure we show up strong at every event while pushing the gang to its highest potential.
(ii) More than one years of being involved in gangs have taught me the rules, the mindset, and how to handle almost every kind of situation. This experience has helped me learn to deal with problems calmly and efficiently, shaping me into a stronger leader who understands the ups and downs of gang life and fully knows how the entire gang system functions overall.
(iii) As a leader, ranks won’t be handed out based on who someone is, but strictly on their understanding of the rules and their overall capability. This will keep the ranking system fair and transparent. There will also be a proper promotion structure so that only the most active and rule-aware members earn the positions they truly deserve within the gang.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will do my best to maintain consistent activity, and I will choose a high-command team that can attend events during the morning, daytime, and night. My goal is to participate in as many events as possible and aim to win them—whether it’s FZs, stores, or anything else. I’ll also make sure to create fresh RP scenarios to keep the gang active and engaged at all times.
