2.1 I’ve been part of EN03 for a long time, and during that time, I previously served as a Under Deputy in Marabunta where I led Events , Managing members, maintaining discipline, and staying calm , I think that enables me to lead an gang as an leader of it. and i think ballas would be the best one to make a memorable term
2.2 i have an plan to keep the gang active and to be available all the time. i want our gang to be respected by everyone in the city , Even by the state orgs , we will try to promo our gang while 24/7 robbery , Gun Store Robbery , Hostage Situation , Fz raids , etcs by calling lifeinvader.
2.3 i have many friends which will join my gang and make it best over the history , ill also try to do alliance with the family , so that there all the members can join our gang which will improve the numbers on the 24/7 robbery , Gun Store Robbery , Hostage Situation , Fz raids , etcs.

3.1 We will participate in everyday activities like realistic hostage situation, 24/7 store robbery and gun shop robberies, and FZ raids.
3.2 The Leader and Deputy will help all the new members during these events. They will make sure members feel comfortable with gang mission's.
3.3 Every capture must be secured. We will keep full control whenever it is possible.
3.4 We will make a positive environment in the gang by avoiding toxic behavior, disrespect, and unnecessary drama.
3.5 before inviting someone in the org we will conduct and short interview for him
