Hi,
I was banned on December 12th for "PC Check Refusal/AR 1.1" by Dr. Mikey Meyers. The reason for the ban was that I turned off my POV when I was pulled in, and therefore did not comply with Mikey’s request. The reason I turned off my POV was because I genuinely couldnt hear what Mikey wanted from me at the time. I had just been pulled out of an event, and right at that moment, people in the event call were extremely loud, so I couldn’t understand anything at all. Mikey could see this as well because we reviewed the situation three times. In the end, he said that I was clean but still banned me because I turned off my POV. I then tried to explain the situation to him, and he advised me to write a complaint if I had an issue.
My complaint was rejected, but I feel like my situation wasn’t fully understood. I turned off my POV because I didn’t know it was important. I did so after joining the call with Mikey, and there were about 3 seconds between turning off the POV and starting the screen share. I don’t understand how those 3 seconds could have affected the outcome of the check.
I really hope my situation will be treated with more understanding this time. After all, I’ve been playing on this server since 2022, and I’ve now received a permanent ban for 3 missing seconds and an account sharing ban that has already been lifted.
