Life Story

Nomad grew up in Los Santos and learned early that the city dont run only on laws. Power and money and connections mattered more than what was written on paper or what the law says. He saw people get away with crimes just because they knew the right person, and others get locked up for small mistakes. Joining the FIB felt like the best way to protect himself and gain control. when Nomad was a junior agent he did everything according to the policies and law since he wanted to be a solid agent and build a clean reputation but over time he started to notice how much corruption already existed inside the system. Instead of fighting it Nomad adapted to it. He began making quiet connections and trading information when it benefited him and protecting people who were useful even though they broke the rules. He never acted careless and never made big moves that could expose him. Everything was slow and calculated. People around him started trusting him from both law enforcement people and criminals and terrorists. Most of them never realized they were being used or that they have become his victims by trusting him.

Career Story

Nomads career moved fast. He made so many clean arrests and solved many cases to make his superiors never question him. On paper and whoever checked his files it looked like a reliable FIB agent who is very good but behind the scenes Nomad played both sides. Some days he enforced the law fully and other days he was bending it to his desire. He understood that thinking of himself is more important then following rules. If someone caused problems for him he would charge them maximum penalties but if someone helped him with anything beneficial he would consider setting them free. Nomad made sure no one could fully prove anything against him. His logs and files was clean and the bodycams did not always survive. There was never enough evidence to catch him. At 55, Nomad isn’t just an agent. He’s someone people fear crossing because they dont know which side he is on and can never predict his next move.
