- I would like to be Leader of EMS as for me this org is One of Important org here! my in city journey started from here im worked in ems from last 1.5 years
- I seen how much EMS actual needed for City and other Orgs and My Previuos Experience over 10 terms made me do take term as EMS Leader show i will try to make bestest term forever
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice to improve to be more welcoming to try get make it more realistic actions for helping patients! I would try get better bonuss for staff who work hard they would get better bonus and i will improve my FTO department because its backbone of ems and and fto is my first term as High Command.
