1. Leader of EMS

2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?

EMS is not the organization, for me. EMS is where my journey in the city began. I have been part of EMS for the one and a half years. During the time I have grown as a roleplayer and, as a person. Working in EMS taught me responsibility. Working in EMS taught me patience. Working in EMS taught me how to stay calm in situations. I have seen with my eyes how much the city depends on EMS. The city depends on EMS when EMS helps civilians, when EMS supports organizations and when EMS handles large scale RP situations. I have, over ten terms of experience, in leadership and high command roles. I feel ready to take on the responsibility of leading EMS. If I am given this chance my goal is simple. My goal is to give EMS a term that people remember for EMS quality RolePlay, teamwork and professionalism.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
.

Improving RP starts with making the people feel comfortable and motivated. I want EMS to be a place where the members enjoy coming on duty and taking part in medical RolePlay. Small details, in interaction clear communication and realistic reactions can make a difference. I have seen the impact of details. When the patient interaction feels real and the clear communication is simple the realistic reactions bring the scene to life. I plan to recognize and reward members who put real effort into their RolePlay and duty, so their hard work feels appreciated. I also want to focus heavily on the FTO department, because it shapes how new recruits learn EMS RP from day one. My first high-command experience was in FTO, so I understand how important proper guidance and training are. Strengthening this department will help ensure better RP, better teamwork, and a stronger EMS overall.
