Additional information
1. Leader of SAHP
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) I want the SAHP to operate with the utmost professionalism, so as a leader, I will continue to implement expectations for established procedures, officer safety, and ethical integrity, with myself as the example for a more conscientious employee and community basis.
2.2) Leaders are successful when they make others successful. I will be a resource, mentor and guide for all my officers so they have what they need to succeed. Happy and fulfilled officers make better decisions in the moment and they champion the department to the communities we serve.
2.3) Leadership means I get to shape how the department engages with the community. With proper procedures, transparency, and communication, I can bolster public trust in the SAHP. A community that trusts its department is less prone to crime and more collaborative and respectful.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) To increase the RolePlay level in SAHP, I would have members pay more attention to realism throughout every scene. For example, speaking in calm voices, properly utilizing the radio and taking traffic stops slow would make everything even more realistic. The more training we hold, the more everyone learns procedures, the less questions which would help with teamwork and avoid confusion. Additionally, clearer communication of in-character situations and department communications keep scenes put together and professional, but it's a much better quality RP experience for everyone.
