2.) Active Leadership and Engagement: In the past, leaders did not actively participate in events like NG raids, store robberies, and highway robberies. This frequently led to chaos. In order to directly mentor and support each Ballas member on the field, I will personally attend as many events as I can.

3.)Because highcommands often hire new gang members without conducting a thorough interview, as a leader, I will ensure that all gang members are invited to join the group following a proper interview.

2.1 So it all started when I was struggling in the city, and then I joined a gang in the city. I got deputy in Athwal's family's term. I also got deputy in Vagos under Strom Uchiha, and then I got deputy in Ballas in Levi Dane's term. All the deputy positions taught me how a gang works, and now I am well experienced and good at leading and good under pressure.

2.2 I have seen some terms and also worked in those terms. I gave my 100% in leading the terms. I am very active also, so there will be low possibilities of having a rule break because I will lead them in every situation properly. Also, I have good relations with other gangs, so it will be more fun to scare leos with all the power of the gangs.

2.3 All the situations I have seen helped me in leading, and now I want to take a term and show my leadership skills to the city. If I get a chance, then I will make sure that I complete the terms successfully. Completing 2 terms and complying with curators.

Knowing how the other side thinks: I have been in the city for a long time now, and I haven't just stuck to gangs. I've spent time in legal orgs too. This is a big plus for me because I know exactly how LEOs lead during raids or chases. I can use that information to lead the gang better. Instead of just hurrying into fights and getting everyone arrested, I can plan our moves to outsmart them. I know the server rules well, so I can make sure we stay aggressive without catching unnecessary warnings

The HQ and Fair Play: I like Ballas because of where it is—right in the middle of the Ghetto. It’s the perfect spot to run the streets from. But more important, I want to fix a common problem: favoritism. In a lot of gangs, you only rank up if you're friends with the leader. I want to build a gang where you get promoted based on your skill and loyalty. If a new guy is putting in work at turfs or sprays, he deserves to move up. I want a team of hungry shooters, not just a group of friends chilling at HQ

Money and Connections: I've also made a lot of connections in the city over time—rich guys, arms dealers, etc. I'll use those contacts to make sure my members always have cheap guns, ammo, and juices. I believe in paying people for their time. If members are showing up to events and listening to calls, I’m going to give them good bonuses to keep them happy and motivated

3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization​

• Cut the Toxicity: I have zero patience for toxic behavior. We are here to have fun. I want Ballas to be deadly in RP, but chill OOC. If someone starts screaming insults or breaking character just because we lost a fight, then I will take strict actions and make sure he will be punished
• Actual Planning: Most gangs just drive up and shoot. I want to change that. For store robberies or hostage situations, we’ll actually have a plan. That we will split up the units in teams for separate actions like driving, defending, flanking and leading which can be very beneficial for doing the mission smoothly without any failure
• Teaching the New Guys: The people who will join my gang for the first time and have no idea about gangs will be trained perfectly by my high commands and will not be ignored because I don't want them to get in trouble. I want the High Command to actually train them. Show them how to rob properly, how to position in a gunfight, and the rules of the Ghetto

Now i want to expand my boundaries and server as illegal leader and i think ballas is the best organization i can have because its well reputated in the dark side i already served as Los Santos Vagos Deputy Leader and Right now i am The Families Deputy Leader, I had been Ballas deputy as well before . 3.1 Increasing Role play in RP events like hostage situation and many other events.

3.2 Major problems with gangs now a days is that they only focus on particular events and leave behind some fun RP practises to f gangs like Highway robbery . They don’t do highway robbery at all now a days and also they don’t focus too much on events like SUBS , Vehicle theft , Informant . I will make sure I focus on those events as

If you don't know the rules, I will teach you. If you break them after that, you're out. We need to stop the warnings so the gang stays healthy.
More than just Shooting: Gang RP shouldn't just be "Red zone go boom." I want to organize actual RP scenarios—street fights, lowrider meets, and structured negotiations with LEOs during hostage situations. We need to make it fun for the cops to chase us, not just toxic.
Better Communication: I want to fix the radio comms and organization during events like Battleship and Clandestine. Too often gangs lose because everyone is screaming. I will set up clear High Command roles so everyone knows who to listen to when the heat is on.
