2.1 Its been a such a time i have been playing on this roleplay, Previously i have served as a Deputy in Ballas , Under deputy in marabunta. while holding the rank that i got in ballas i used to manage events , managing members of our gang , maintaining the discipline , in my points of view i think it allows me to run ballas as an leader , and ill make this term best over the time of the ballas
2.2 i have a good plan that will make this gang the most active gang in the city my gang will be doing activity in day and night time . I want my org to be Respected by each and everyone of the people in city even by the State org , we will do promote our gang by doing day and night activity in the city and calling the lifeinvader Journalism team for making articles to post in CNN. after reading that article people will be like i want to join this gang. i would like to call lifeinvader Journalism team in Hostage Situation , 24/7 Store Robbery , Gun Store Robbery , etc.
2.3 I think since i am playing on this project i made enough friends will be joining my gang when i am leader which will improve dominance which make our gang more attractive and better and also increase activity numbers which they will join in 24/7 robbery , Gun Store Robbery , Hostage Situation , Fz raids , etcs.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 On a daily basis, our team will engage in various activities such as acting as hostages in a captive scenario, being involved in robbery scenarios, and participating in various other similar organized activities.
3.2 As the leader and alongside my second in command, we will be there to assist each member through all events and provide them with reassurance and comfort that they can achieve their goals and meet the expectations of this organization.
3.3 We will guarantee that all captured individuals are appropriately secured, to ensure we have complete control and authority over all situations whenever possible.
3.4 Our team will create an environment that is respectful and encouraging to all members of the team. Any form of conflict or disrespect toward leadership, or creation of unnecessary drama will not be tolerated.
3.5 When considering the admission of a new member into our team, we will conduct an informal interview to establish that they will adhere to the rules and standards established by the team.
