2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I want to become leader of LSPD as i have recently finished a term as governor of the state with major responsibilities and also just become Deputy Chief of Police for LSPD. LSPD was one of the first orgs i joined when i joined the server and it holds a soft spot in my heart. I truly believe this organisation will be extremely active and powerful with me as the leader.
2.2 I also wish to become leader of this organisation because i have noticed a increase in criminal activity lately and that can not be accepted. I wish to control the crime in the city to a all time low as well as make the citizens feel as safe as possible. With me being leader of this organisation i truly believe we can have a successful term and have amazing relationships with other state leaders and organisations.
2.3 I also wish to be leader of this organisation as i have got a lot of state experience and a lot of state respect between organisation which would lead to me being able to successfully communicate well during situations. This will also benefit me as when i arrive at a situation people know i mean business. I lead and win situations on behalf of LEO organisations.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 My advice from improving the roleplay would be to implement daily ghetto cleanups with all state organisations, this will show gangsters that we are serious about our jobs, this will also show all other organisations how we will work and how we will lead our members so they know what to expect. This will also improve relationships between other organisations as there will be more communication between everyone.
3.2 I will make sure that LSPD is active and attending all situations. This will improve the RP massively as each LSPD member will learn from one another how things are lead. This will also ensure a sense of trust between our members and other LEOs as we know when we arrive at a situation we are there to capture and take over.
