2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A) As an ex-deputy chief of police and Ex- EMS Leader, I know how Los Santos is struggling with crime rate all the time. If I become leader of the LSPD, my main interests would be cleansing of criminals through the full extent of processing them, responding rapidly to the hostage situations and store robberies, and ultimate compliance with all the other state orgs as a joint force.
B) Many citizens violate the major and minor traffic regulations. A strong Traffic Department will be established if I am the leader. A handsome bonus system will motivate all the units to conduct their duties with utmost regard and professionalism. This will also eventually create many great RP experiences for everyone. A frontline SWAT unit will also be there under my leadership, which apprehends all major events, including gang raids, ACC, bank protection, and SUBS.
C) In my leadership, I will establish an efficient team of HR Department and FTOs, who can make our future officers in the LSPD more professional, enthusiastic, and passionate towards their due duties. To make sure to check every unit's performance and solve internal matters, I will also hire the most knowledgeable IA officers. As a leader, my goal will be a strong bond of connections between all state orgs. Crime mostly happens in ghetto areas of the city. I will try my best as a leader to make most units active so LSPD can respond to the deep, dark areas of the unsafe ghetto.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A) RP is the charm of the city. I will always be on my toes to keep it intact in all situations. For example
If an NG raid is underway, I will make certain that all units, with the exception of parking enforcement, react.
If FIB is demanding units to respond in their spec offs, then LSPD units will respond swiftly.
If a gang does not participate in RP, I would correct this IC before demanding that admins/curators ban them/warn the group.
B) Many RP moments gets disturbed because of the invalid bodycams and immature professionalism. I will try my best efforts to sort out it eventually through proper training . Collecting evidences at situation will help us to provide sufficient reasons to make legal RP more fun . Through using Mugshot Feature ,it would be easy to identify criminals . There are many more ways to do the Cop RP with full commitment.
C) As a leader , I will try to attend many events possible with my units , so that it will create many chances to use the legal ways of processing 10-15s and improves wholes LSPD units knowledge about Legislation and Penal/Traffic Codes .
