Hello dear admin team, I saw that there was a report on me and some of my family members by FIB but the admin Mikey had already locked it before I could even post, requested it to be unlocked but got no reply.
Here is what happened, there was an RP situation in which an undercover member of FIB 401788 started to arrest my family member for open carrying, they were first given demands multiple times but you can't hear it at the start in his POV you can hear the distant gunshots from far away but same situation, same family and legal org involved. Here is the POV from the report reuploaded (yes the video quality is bad but it is the original quality FIB uploaded)
^ I do not believe I should have been punished for RDM as you can see in FIB's own POV used in the report at 4:51 I gave them a demand to "let him go" and then one of the FIB members started shooting me, ID 78364 is me.
^ As you can see in the POV at 4:51 I issued a demand in the IC chat to "let him go" and then the FIB member shot at me FIRST with his revolver, you can hear the sound of his revolver and not the shotgun I'm holding so I simply returned fire like any criminal would do in this situation, I do not believe it was RDM. The quality of the video he used in the report is so bad that you could barely read the IC chat but the demand was still given nevertheless.

The whole report from this FIB member 401788 is misleading the report to look like he got straight RDMed and without RP reason but as you can see from my proof of demands and the fact FIB shot at me first the killing at 4:51 was justified and there indeed an RP reason, the arrest of one of our members.

Several rulebreaks by FIB were also unpunished in report, here are the timestamps:
0:10 - 401788 PG - running up to and cuffing a guy with a sniper rifle in his hand, this is very unrealistic he could have tackled him first or used a stun gun or RPed removing the gun from his hand.
1:00 - 401788 Healing(eating steak) in an active gunfight
5:06 - MK by one of the FIB members although that may have been accidental.
3:36 - 401788 Metagaming in discord, you hear him asking for information about 10-15 without using the microphone in game.
4:51 -30100 setting a family meeting point for an FIB arrest situation, I didn't think legal orgs are allowed to call civilians for backup during an arrest/stop and search. This possibly falls under corruption without a bio and he's not really undercover at that point when he is arresting someone.
Members of the FIB which is supposed to be an elite organisation should be held to the same RP standards and rules as everyone else.
For the reasons given above I am please requesting a re-review of the RDM punishment and the report POV itself as there were rulebreaking by FIB which should be punished. Thank you and merry christmas.
