so basically i was driving chiron which i rented and when i stopped near 24/7 store this guy suddenly came to me and said that i hit him but that never happen and started doing ooc insult he said me nig** ,, in between the way i had an accident with a scooter guy for sure but it wasent intentional and that guy was also diff ..
he is clearly trying to ruin , disturb the peace of city !
