2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1st Reason: My Background and Experience
I did Lspd 3/4 terms where i mainly work as HR but also did different departments like: UC, Swat etc. Also, i did all other state organizations in city. I mostly worked as HR in every organization where i gave trainings to many newbies and by doing organization i learned how to manage a team, how to communication, how to run a organizations department and how to manage a conflict situation. These are my experience as a organization member.
2nd Reason: My Vision for LSPD
My vision is to make LSPD more active, make more interesting that citizens choose LSPD over other organization and making a good working system and environment which is missing nowadays from this organization. And nowadays Lspd got criticism from citizens because of untrained officer which i will be fixed and turns criticism into compliments that's what my vision for LSPD.
3rd Reason: Why Me as LSPD Leader?
The reason i should lead LSPD is that i am a visionary leader whose goal is to tale LSPD to the top organization. I have worked in every LSPD department and gained experience which helps a leader make better decisions and make organizational improvement.
As an HC, I observed each departments shortcomings and developed plans to fix them, but those ideas are difficult to implement as a HC. So, if i become leader i will do my best to fix those flaws.
Some applicants are from former leaders in application so why choose me? Although i am relatively new i learned how to lead by working under many leaders and HCs and I have been grinding lot of terms to gain the experience needed to lead. Over that time i have learned what the organization needs to improve, how to strengthen departments and what the current situation requires to run a successful term.
A newcomer leader brings fresh interest and strong motivation that former leaders may not have that much. My strengths as a newcomer leader include strong leadership, observation and working knowledge of all departments. These skills together with my vision, plan and dedication make me well suited to represent LSPD as Chief of Police.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
We have a total of 5 departments in our LSPD which can be improved. By improving departments roleplay level will be increased in organization. So, departments are:
1. Human Resource Department
2. Internal Affairs Department
3. SWAT Department
4. Traffic Enforcement Department
5. Undercover Department
Human Resource Department:
This department work is hiring and give training. Nowadays, what I observe officers did not got proper training about work for that organization face problems. So, we need to improve the department make sure we have experienced HRs who know proper procedure of trainings and work system of the organization.
Internal Affairs Department:
This department work is monitoring officers' daily activities, ensures don't have any corruption in the organizations.
SWAT Department:
This department work is attending different operations and situations in city. We need to make sure all officers are well trained about situations, active and attend all the situations happens in city.
Traffic Enforcement Department:
This department work is doing patrolling in the city and monitoring if any crime happens in city. But nowadays many officers giving wrong punishments during patrol for that organization faced criticism for that we need to make sure all patrol officers must be well trained and citizens don't face any harassments from officers.
Undercover Department:
This department work is doing undercover operations in city about terrorist organizations.
So, by improving this things we can increase more roleplay in the organization.
