Dear Project Management,
Today, a forum report was submitted by me and a family member regarding a clear and explicit insult directed at our family values through OOC chat, without any prior interaction or provocation. Despite this, the administrator who reviewed the case chose not to issue any punishment.
As a result of this unjust decision, we submitted an appeal against the administrator. In the appeal report, Admin Bobby stated that the decision was “correct.” We strongly disagree with this statement. Since when has insulting someone’s family in OOC chat been considered acceptable or rule-compliant?
Players are punished when insults occur in IC chat, yet when the same behavior takes place in OOC chat—where rules explicitly prohibit such actions—it is ignored. This is a clear contradiction and demonstrates inconsistency in rule enforcement. According to your own rules, insulting others in OOC chat is classified as OOC Insult and is strictly forbidden.
We do not believe that this decision was made fairly, objectively, or with proper judgment. Allowing such behavior sets a dangerous precedent and undermines trust in the administration team. We expect the project management to review this case seriously and make a just and correct decision.
Furthermore, if any rule has been removed, modified, or reinterpreted, please clearly state it. The action in question is clearly an OOC Insult and falls under GR 3.1. If insulting others in OOC chat is now considered permissible, we would like to be informed accordingly.
For reference, the forum report of a player who was banned for insulting someone in IC chat is provided below.

Sincerely.
