Hello,
I was playing the informal event when I got teleported and my PC was checked for two hours by Bawan. I passed the PC check and nothing was found.
However, I was still banned for “Under Investigation”. Bawan told me to submit a complaint. I don't understand the reason for this ban since I passed the PC check and i did nothing wrong.
I would like to ask for a review of my ban.
