2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
a) I want to be leader of the FIB again because I would like to bring back some fun to all sides, in previous terms people have always said they had fun and enjoyed FIB. I want to introduce many many people to FIB and show them the fun of state side on GrandRP as many people are currently extremely invested in crime side. Perhaps this way we can bring more equality to both sides of the server as most of the time as of the current times, its mostly imbalanced and one side of the server outnumbers the other side heavily.
b) I want to introduce new ways of RP for both state and crime, in common events such as hostage situations, 24/7 store robberies, gun store robberies etc. Many people complain about how the current system is extremely repetitive and due to that many people just refuse to roleplay. Together with the help of the administration and cooperation of other leaders, we could make massive changes with some ideas that I have and as FIB leader there are many things I could try changing in comparison to other organizations. I am looking forward for it!
c) Lastly, I would like to become the leader of FIB once again as I would like to complete yet another successful term. I have received a lot of feedback and I would like to implement that feedback positively this time with a different mindset. I am also extremely motivated this time around and am willing to give my best for the organization!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I want to introduce many different ways for situations to play out as these current ways are just repetitive that were brought into EN1 a long while back by the people that were playing at that time. I want to implement more interactive trainings for Junior Agents and lower the requirements for the departments within the FIB. As of now the department requirements are at rank 6, which would take at least 2 weeks to achieve according to the current IC legislation as after passing training you need to be promoted at least 3 ranks before joining a department. Additionally, I would like to change the way casefiles are being created. I want to try and change it to a simpler, easily understood system where it becomes easier for all sides; the authors and the reviewers.
