2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?


I want to be FIB leader because I want that RP in the city to feel more real and more fun. I want the FIB to work well with other groups instead of acting separated. And of course, we will stick to the rules so we dont run into any trouble and Making it sure that We win majority of Events with great Tactics and Support and stick with Plan always for each Hostage, 24/7 etc

I will make sure everyone knows their tasks and what will be expected of them. With clear communication and roles, everything will run smoother. I also want to help train people so both new and experienced Agents can get better as Well as I will make it sure that No Agents feel They Are Exception to the Team and make them sure and Comfortable that together we can run anything Goodly.


I have been on the server for almost 3 years and been Leader of many big orgs ( LSPD & SAHP ). I Have learned a lot about how to run things and I feel ready to take the Lead Everytime when needed and For My team I did it always And I will not Backoff from my Work from a Running the LSPD & SAHP with Great Activity and Outnumbering Gangs and Crime Family much Time alone only


I also want to show that a Good team to do great things. A small, organized group can get a lot done. My goal is to build an FIB that people respect and trust.

3. Your suggestions for enhancing the RolePlay level within the organization

Above all, the city's RP scenarios need to be improved. You can't just shoot at anything you want and the issues will go away; instead, you need to do it in a realistic manner so that people who want to enjoy role-playing will enjoy it. I'll do everything in my power to prevent those who enjoy ruining RP scenarios for other people.

I'll try my hardest to maintain ties with other organizations in the state because they are crucial to really working together, trusting each other's conduct in any situation, and supporting one another whenever possible.

I won't allow favoritism to sabotage this next potential FIB term, so I won't promote someone without experience to HC but will instead give them the rank or experience they deserve. However, if I receive any reports of FAVORITISM in FIB, I will take immediate action to address it.

Me and My Agents Will make Sure we Don't Break any server rules And Maintain good Level Rp all the time and maintain the Scenarios all the Time.
