Life story:
Zee Bolo raised in the ghetto he was exposed to drugs, money and guns from a young age from his father who was a Bloods gang member, by the time he was 7 his father gave him his first weapon a revolver and sent him into the ghetto to go and defend for himself, so he did what his father asked of him and went out and caught his first body in the ghetto which turned out to be a Ballas gang member he got such a exhilarating feeling through his body he couldn't explain and knew this life was for him, he went back later that night and his father was very proud of him and cooked him gold wagyu steak for his dinner and ordered some hookers and Hennessy to celebrate.
By the time he was 18 he was fully fledged high ranking bloods gang member with numerous murders on his Revolver but that all changed one day when he went to a black market raid with the Bloods gang, him and his father was arrested by 2 Corrupt FIB agents who made him watched his dad get beaten and tortured and demanded money which they didn't have and his father later died from the injuries sustained during the torturing, he then made it his mission to get revenge and joined the FIB to find the officers, but still kept in contact with his gang contacts from when he was younger.
Career Story:
When Zee Bolo joined the FIB he worked his way fast through the ranks and made a lot of LEO friends, He was a very respected as a sharp shooter and dedicated agent and would help FIB during their raids, ghetto patrols and black market seizures. He then got 2 strikes for professional misconduct after he arrested a Ballas gang member it angered him inside and made him turn against the Org and start doing things his own way and not get caught for it , He is still on the lookout for the FIB agents which did this to his father he hasn't yet found them but has got intel that they are somewhere in Los Santos and possibly in the ghetto somewhere.
Outcomes
1. Zee Bolo can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without a lawyer and without reading Miranda rights.
2. Zee Bolo can threaten, punch or use truth serum to get information (using / try only twice per situation). 10-15s to get information from them
3. Zee Bolo can can detain anyone on a false charge and then demand a bribe or their weapons in exchange for release. (up to 100K Max and with proper RP)
4. Zee Bolo can take money from criminals to help them bring LEOs as a hostages (Except for himself)
5. Zee Bolo can initiate jailbreaks and contracts via the Darknet.
6. Zee Bolo can remove people from the wanted list and criminal background so he doesn't get caught.
7. Zee Bolo can plant drugs and/or Illegal Items on suspects to arrest them. (Using / me and with proper RP reason)
