2) At time stamp 17:59, ID 112713 commited CR+VDM ( he was doing it before 17:59)
3) At time stamp 18:00, ID 141593 commited MK(mercy killing)
4) At time stamp 18:00, ID 141593 commited MK(mercy killing) x2

In summary,
ID 141593 did RDM and 2x MK(mercy killing) maybe 3x
ID 112713 did MASS VDM & CR

(I was not able to get other rammers id)
