Wieso sollten wir dich entbannen?
Weil ich nichts getan habe, ich habe das spiel Heruntergeladen, geöffnet, die characterauswahl hat schon gebuggt, dann habe ich den character erstellt und bin einfach durch den boden gefallen.
Zumal ich bereits 16:45 gebannt wurde wo ich gerade erst das spiel heruntergeladen habe....

Why should you be unbanned?
I was banned at 16:45, while the game was still downloading. At that time, I had not even launched the game yet.

This means it was technically impossible for me to use cheats, exploits, or any third-party software. I had no access to the game, no character, and no connection to the server at the moment the ban occurred.

Because of this, the ban cannot be based on actual gameplay behavior and must be the result of an automatic system error or a false anti-cheat trigger.

I respectfully ask for a manual review of my case and the removal of the ban

Same email, same password, now completly different id and time banned

If i get unbanned, would it be able to clear all accounts to my ip and clear all accounts connected to this email, i think they mixed smt up and created 2 at one email
