Additional Information
1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation.)
A. LSPD is the first organization where I started my journey in the legal world and learned the fundamentals of law enforcement and how the law is supposed to work. Through this experience, I came to understand how the law should be applied to protect and maintain order.
This understanding is what encouraged me to become someone who can inspire others to learn and do the same—to protect and uphold the law properly. This is also one of the main reasons why I want to become a leader.
B. I have extensive experience in legal organizations, which has helped me build strong connections with people from different Legal organizations. That’s why I already have a good connection with other members who are very good at their field. I also maintain good connections with other leaders, which will help me establish strong organizational relationships. With my team’s support, I will ensure that Los Santos city and its citizens remain safe and secure at all times.
C. I also have good knowledge of our city Along with its Laws and strong connections with many of its citizens. I believe they will support me on this journey and even join my term. With their help, I can bring safety, activity, professionalism, and dedication to the city. I will work hard to become a leader remembered not only by the citizens but also in the history of leadership.

3. Your advice for improving the role-play level in the organization
A. The most common issue I’ve noticed is favoritism. This has become a problem across many terms and organizations. I have seen situations where people lost their progress and hard work due to favoritism. I will be strict against this and ensure that ranks are given only to those who truly deserve them.
Promotions will be handled only during official promotion ceremonies, and no one will receive ranks as a result of favoritism. All HC promotions will require an interview before a member receives their first HC promotion in a new unit. This will ensure that only deserving individuals receive promotions and ranks.
Promotion ceremonies will be held once a week, and promotions will be granted strictly based on performance and contribution..
B. I will try to involve EMS and LI in every event. This will make our events safer and also improve roleplay quality. For example, in the case of a store robbery, I will contact EMS and LI—EMS can provide medical assistance while LI helps cover the situation and also make an news and report of the situations. This will make events more realistic and improve the overall role-play experience.
C. I will make sure all my Deputies, Chief of Staff, and High Command members are active and maintain professionalism with each other. I will appoint only those who truly understand their responsibilities and can handle their roles effectively. Additionally, I will focus on building good relationships with other state organizations, as cooperation is important for creating a strong term and supporting one another.
D. The most common issue I have seen these days is the failure to properly maintain and follow the law. I will ensure that my LSPD unit understands their duties and knows exactly what they are doing by providing them with proper guidance and knowledge from my side.
