Hello Lebron and Alex, on 10 December 2025, i was permanently banned for ¨Illegal Discord Ownership,¨ which was later changed to ¨Blacklisted by Alex Odd.¨, i decided to wait before writing to you so that i could understand and explain that i was not involved in anything illegal (as far as i know). I did not sell any kind of mods to anyone ( even if is legal to sell this was confirmed by Jonny Odds to several people who decided to ask after i was blacklisted), none of my work is illegal (redux, skins) because i have always respected the main rules of the city in this regard and i put a lot of hours to make sure everything was good to go.
I joined this Discord with the goal of showing my work. There was never any talk of selling or creating illegal things, nor that i would be an owner of Discord, a role that was given to me when i joined because i was a friend of the owner. Anyone who knows me knows that i would never do such a thing. I saw something that could really take up some of my time, since many friends were already asking me privately about my Redux or even to help them remove illegal parts from others, without ever charging anything or gaining anything from it and i ended up breaking a rule that to this day, i honestly don't know what it is or why i was banned and later blacklisted with other people with Owner Roles being able to still play in the city.
I do not identify with any of Tommy's insults, nor do i agree with what he may have done after being punished. In two years of playing in this city, i have never insulted or disrespected a staff member, nor have i ever disagreed with any of them, even though sometimes, in my opinion, it was not the best way to resolve things. If i am not mistaken, i was punished in the city three or four times, but none of them led to a permanent ban. Along the way, i received a few demorgans for ‘UB Drive’ and maybe one or two for anti-afk. I know it's not the most correct thing to do, but i always tried my best to respect the project, the staff and all the players.
Without taking up too much more of your time, i have evidence (video) from the same day i was blacklisted showing that i did not sell anything, did not respond to any tickets on that Server Discord, did not encourage anyone to use illegal items, and none of my works is illegal. I can provide this information with complete transparency if necessary for any type of investigation. From my part, i would like to apologize to the staff and all my friends who know that i did absolutely nothing to deserve this type of punishment, but which may have caused doubts.
If possible, Lebron and Alex, please reduce my punishment. If this is not possible and this is really my farewell, thank you for everything.
