1) Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

• I’ve realized I actually enjoy helping the server run smoothly more than just playing my own character. I’m at a point where I’d rather use my knowledge of the rules to make sure everyone has a fair, high-quality experience than focus on my own RP.

2) What are your strengths?

• Strong understanding of RP rules and fair-play principles.
• Calm, patient, and able to handle situations without bias.
• Responsible and quick at decision-making.
• Willing to learn, improve, and support the community.

3) What are your weaknesses?

• I feel uncomfortable in very crowded places.
• I am still learning how to handle tense situations better.
• Sometimes I overthink situations before making decisions.
• Sometimes my communication is not very strong, but I am improving it daily.

• I am a regular college student and an active RP player. I manage my studies along with playing Grand RP without any issues. I usually play during night hours. If anything unexpected comes up or if I have exams, I will inform the admin team in advance.

• Nothing important at the moment.
