2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

I. Los Santos Police Department is not new to me. It was the first Law Enforcement Organization I joined after EMS, and I have spent two years actively serving within that department. I started during Sergio Saint's term and worked my way up rank by rank. I have learned the department from the ground level instead of skipping stages. That journey gave me a clear understanding of how the department actually functions.

II. Since it took me 2 years to be at the position I am, I have seen both the strengths of LSPD and the areas where it struggles. From my experience, most issues don't come from lack of rules but from unclear command lead and weak communication during active situations. As a leader, my focus would be on strengthening command procedure and ensuring officers receive clear direction so they can act confidently without hesitation or confusion.

III. I am consistent approachable and patient with people especially new officers. Even without holding top ranks in the past, I have helped train and guide many juniors because I believe experience should be shared. I stay calm under pressure, avoid toxicity and explain procedures in a way that actually makes sense to others. My goal is to build an environment where officers enjoy and love being on duty while still maintaining professionalism and realism at all times.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

I. One of the biggest issue that affects RP quality is discipline of officers on radio. Scenes often becomes frustrating because multiple officers speak at once, interrupt each other or take action without understanding the situation. Using clear callouts and keeping radio communication short and structured by teaching the officers about other radio code which are not used at all can improve realism and reduce frustration.

II. Another area which needs attention is training style. Many officers know the rules but struggle when something unexpected happens. Instead of only theory based training (long messages used by HRT to train others) the department should focus on short, scenario-based sessions where officers actively perform. Regular exposure to realistic situations build confidence and help officers react naturally during RP.

III. Officers should slow things down slightly during RP scenes. Rushing arrets or ending situations quickly removes depth from RP. Taking a few extra moments to communicate, ask questions and interaction creates memorable scenarios and memorable stories.
