As a Previously Leader of LSPD Organisation, i really spended Lot of time in the org which make me To Move a step Forward to make a Another Dominating Term with Max activity, And i will try that experience and coordination to improve the activity by Doing multiple things which will make LSPD more energetic and Actively Participating in Max Events we can without any issuee and Full the org as it Full Potential,
its an one of the most Important thing when it come to run a Term Succesfully, Trust increase Understanding itself, Trust is the thing which play crucial part when doing events or working together and i will try my fineset to maintain in my org and try my best to not get any internal Fights regarding anything if happens i myself step in to fix it and will make my units brave enough to Lead any kind off event with their full potential
I also want to show that you Don't need a big team to do great things. A small, organized group can get a lot done. My goal is to build an LSPD that people respect and trust.
And Most Importantly Night time activity I got People For night Job and I have Already Plans How to deal with Night Shortage of happens I will Pay maximum amount we can at Nights To Decrease chances of Inactivity at Night period
3. Your suggestions for enhancing the RolePlay level within the organization
1) Above all, the city's RP scenarios need to be improved. You can't just shoot at anything you want and the issues will go away; instead, you need to do it in a realistic manner so that people who want to enjoy role-playing will enjoy it. I'll do everything in my power to prevent those who enjoy ruining RP scenarios for other people.
2) I'll try my hardest to maintain ties with other organizations in the state because they are crucial to really working together, trusting each other's conduct in any situation, and supporting one another whenever possible.
3) I won't allow favoritism to sabotage this next potential LSPD term, so I won't promote someone without experience to HC but will instead give them the rank or experience they deserve. However, if I receive any reports of FAVORITISM in LSPD, I will take immediate action to address it.
