The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: Christmas was still in the air with the Government. Heading into the area of the race track near the casino. The call came out for sleighs to come. I wanted to see the reindeer and sleighs so i put a call out for the first 5 to come and meet us, Sadly only 2 came in the end.

How is the event won? Be the first 5 to come to me with a rented sleigh.
