so this guy was waiting at the doc gates and when i entered doc this guy started shooting without proper demand given only said stop stop then started shooting (also when he said stop stop gun wasnt in his hand so it must not consider proper demand in situation)
I feared for my life and detaine life so i went behind locked door but this guy somehow came inside and killed Me ( Gr 6.15)

prison comes under green zone according to ( Gz 2.4) green zone so you cant kill a person there

Fear rp - look clearly in video at 1:14 there is 3 gov employe and one more lspd and about not holding gun so yes 2 of them is holding gun so this guy should have feared for his life there

and did mk ( Gr 6.13 ) me at - 1:30 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing).
