2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1- I Have Been In EMS For 5 Term. I have been HC for only 2 Term but i reached the rank of Division Chief through my hard work. Everybody recognised my hardwork and my knowledge and supported me through the promotions. EMS was my first Org ever. After going through FTO Ranks i got the basics and the knowledge about EMS even better and after becoming a HC I have been Active for almost 6 hours in only EMS and even more on Weekends.
2.2- As I was Division Chief I have seen That Employee Can Get A better Training By FTO'S I will Make Sure That Every Employee Should Get a Better Type Of Training Whenever FTO Will Give Training I will make sure a High Command Should Be there For Better Results and No Mistakes From Employee's and RP will Enhance.
2.3- I am Chief Of Staff At Sahp Now and it has taught Me How to manage a team and I know Everything About EMS, I have Seen Many Time Lobbies are Empty So For This I will Have 24/7 Employee's I Have Handle So Many Situations Like Adrenaline Store Robbery and Much More I have Learn Many Things In Specs Ops So Now I think I can Lead EMS.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will make sure that doctors in the hospital take proper training so that the citizens receive proper health care under my watch and doctors will follow proper roleplay process to help citizens.
3.2- I will Create a Best Bonus System Till Now So The Employees Will Do Work Delicately.
3.3- I will Make Sure That All the Lobbies Should Be Covered 24/7 For That I will Increase More Bonus In Night.
3.4- I will Host Events For Employees With A better Reward.
3.5- I will Make Sure That Every Doctor In EMS Should Have Good Communication Skills So Citizen Will Helped.
3.6- I will Celebrate Promotion For Those Who Do Good Job.
3.7- I have Seen That In Some Term They Doesn't Focus On Calls So I Will have a Good Gs Calls Team So We will Accept Calls As Soon As Possible It will Help Citizen And Make RP Enhanced.
3.8 I will Make Sure That All Events quota Should Be Completed.
