1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) To improve roleplay quality and city activity
I want to become the FIB Leader because I want to make roleplay in the city more realistic, active, and meaningful. Right now, law enforcement is doing okay, but it has much more potential. I want the FIB to play a stronger role in city-wide RP, creating serious investigations, long-term cases, and better interactions with gangs, civilians, and other organizations.
2) To rebuild the FIB system and make it fair and effective
From the beginning, I have noticed that the FIB system is not well balanced. It often feels unequal and focused more on old members rather than the real purpose of the organization. The FIB should exist to protect the city from crime, corruption, and major threats—not to favor individuals. As leader, I want to make the system clearer, fairer, and more professional, so everyone understands their role and responsibilities.
3) To build a strong, trained, and organized team
I want to give opportunities to new players who may not have much experience but are genuinely willing to protect the city and learn. I plan to set up a proper training system where experienced members help newrecruits improve.I have seen from the beginning that favoritism has affected the FIB system. I want to change this completely. My goal is to give opportunities to those who are truly dedicated and capable, not to those who hold high positions without doing their duties. I want to become leader to remove this system of favoritism and ensure that ranks and responsibilities are given only to members who genuinely deserve them and actively work for the organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
As FIB Leader, I will ensure that all members clearly understand their roles and responsibilities during every operation and activity. Clear structure and communication will help the organization run smoothly and professionally.
I will maintain a strict code of conduct where no member disrespects others or misuses authority against anyone. Power abuse, toxicity, and unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
I will make sure all members treat each other with respect, both in-character and out-of-character, to create a healthy RP environment. Professional behavior will be a top priority in all interactions with civilians, gangs, and other organizations.
I will also focus on proper guidance and support, ensuring that members know the correct way to handle situations calmly, fairly, and realistically, so the overall roleplay quality of the FIB improves across the city.
My Goal
My goal is to build the FIB into one of the best organizations in the city, known for activity, discipline, unity, and high-quality roleplay.
