2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. I have strong Leo experience and a clear goal
I have HCs in so many org but that doesnt matter to run your own organization. To run your Organization we need experience which i have a lot of experience as a gang member as a leo so i know how to handle matters like store rob events and all i have been good in role playing if its nego i always take nego as my first priority cuz i do RP better than everybody else.
2.2. I have a clear vision for how departments should work
I have spent time understanding how each department can contribute to a strong and realistic RP :
• Internal Affairs Will keep the organization clean
• Human Resources will focus on recruitment and activity
• SWAT will be trained for hardcore situation like store rob or hostage sit
• UC Will collect evidence
• Public Relations Will connect LSPD with engaging events
• Parking Enforcement Will help city safe
2.3. I want to raise the reality of the RP
As leader i will be maintaining high quality RP that means no Character breaking Proper RP and keeping everything as realistic as possible. Officer Should how to properly use bodycam Issue fines and seach vehicles. I want to build a team where every Officer feels heard i also believe in keeping good relation with other LEO org.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- I will make sure that my ORG is more active than any other ORG in the city while I am in charge.
- To ensure that there is good roleplaying, I will ensure that all new officers of the ORG have a basic understanding of the City Laws and RP rules
- I will make sure that everyone is treated fairly under my direction, that no one is given a rank they don't deserve, and that no one is placed in a lower position when they should be in a higher one.
