2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
I want to be the leader of EMS because I have gathered a lot of knowledge being an EMS employee since I got into the city and joined EMS and later I started working hard in EMS. So now I will use my knowledge and experience to make my EMS term to be one of the best.
I will make sure HS and GS Department will be more active. I have seen some of the common issues of lobby being empty for night shifts. I will ensure and hire more newcomers in EMS irrespective of the time zone, and they are who will assist in managing lobbies and GS accurately, I will make sure that lobbies will be covered 24/7.
I believe that the HCs should always be polite and humble with their juniors as they would like to do more hard work for the org there should not be any favoritism regarding ranks or bonuses in the org which could compromise the integrity of EMS “Discipline is the key to lead a successful term”.
I will organize weekly events to encourage employees to come on duty and perform relentlessly and do more hard work and I will make sure that HCs are mostly active and attending all the state calls as such as Hostage situations, Store robbery and routine state health checkup
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
My advices for improving Roleplay level are:
1. Surgery trainings because most of the employees doesn’t know the use of /me or /do commands while performing surgeries I have seen FTO,s not giving training regarding surgeries as it is the main aspect of RP.
2. Routine Background Checks of employees as they shouldn’t be confronted during state calls.
3. EMS is the heart of city so I will make sure lobbies will be covered 24/7 so it will help improve RP and citizens to get medical assistance .
4. Realistic and fair roleplay regarding UB Driving and avoiding PG during the duty hours.
5. Avoiding the force rp as I have seen doctors are forcing the citizens to buy medicines so they can get more payback.
6. There would be IA department for maintaining discipline in organization and a new rank of legal advisor who will give legal aid to EMS employees if confronted by any LEOs or whenever needed to make the gameplay fair and realistic.
7. I would like to do some changes regarding surgery process.
