2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) I want to become leader of San Andreas National Guards for my good leaderhip and communication skill.I know how to keep the organization disciplined and organized.Ill ensure regularity and professionalism in the organization.Also ill implement some procedures to make a great term under my leadership.
2) My second reason is my experience and knowledge about state organiztion and National Guards.I have pretty much experience in state organiztion so i think with this knowledge im enough efficient to run a state organiztion like National Guards as Leader.
3) If i get leadership of National Guards I will work with other organizations together and co operate them to build a good community.Also in my term ill make sure there is no favouritism within the organization.Also i have many friends and community who will help me to run a great term in my Leadership.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) To improve rp in the organization, I will focus on making roleplay more serious and realistic.Ill organise rp events with other organization which will improve
roleplay and organization relation both.
2) Ill make sure there is no favouritism inside the organization so ill ensure all people are getting deserving ranks.Ill provide all ranks by taking interview by myself or by
my deputy.Without above cos approval High Command rank will not given
3) Ill host some speacial event for my soilders and ill make some unique bonus system which will more motivate them to work.
