I was Helping some People in En Getting Help who has issues to Login to the game there is 1Min Cooldown to Send the next message and i was helping immediately once the cooldown ends in that way i sent 10Messages and i got Time out for 7days on 31th December 8:02 ST My Discord id - (nirrnay) i was asking for help to our support curators and i was told to appeal it so can you please lift my timeout Thank you
