1) I Want to Apply for the Leadership Of FIB
2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) After a long experience in organizations, both state and crime, and generally being on the server, I have a very strong desire to try myself as a leader for the first time, and no less than the FIB. I believe that I have the credibility to be its leader, and I want to do my best to make the FIB the most influential and powerful organization on the server again. As we all know FIB is one of the most powerful organisation among all.
2.2) I have experience in the FIB as both a low-ranking agent and as a High Command, where I diligently and successfully contributed to the organization, such as arrests, leading a unit, and gathering evidence for raids, as well as in other state organizations (LSPD, GOV, SAHP, NG), where I was always High Command, and where both leaders and employees themselves could fully rely on me and my decisions.
2.3) I have extensive RolePlay experience behind me, and I am still in contact with the most influential players who have extensive experience behind them, both in the FIB and on the server itself. I am very familiar with the server rules, as well as the entire code of conduct, which I will gladly pass on to my people who will be on my team. As support and future collaborators, I have a large number of people who have already been leaders of organizations, and those who have been High Command, which means that they know the server rules and have experience with the FIB itself, where we will all, as a team, try to provide people with an interesting and unforgettable period while they work as FIB agents.
3) Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) I would never allow toxicity within the organization and would try to please every member as much as possible.
3.2) I would place special emphasis on 00 agents who have lost the meaning of the act itself in the past and I would do my best to bring that act back to the true meaning of the word 00 Agent.
3.3) I would try to carry out at least one raid on families during my two terms, to increase the level of activity of the organization and the agents themselves.
3.4) First of all, I want to organize a meeting of all state organizations at least once or twice a week for better communication
3.5) I would try to prevent conflicts between organizations and thereby promote cooperation and mutual respect.
3.6) We would try to help NG as much as possible at the gates and as help during the Ammo Run.
3.7) We would always be there at the call of GOV, to collaborate on solving problems with other organizations, and to help with issues for the citizens of Los Santos.
