Hello Grand RP Administration Team, my name is King Ops and I am writing to respectfully appeal my recent ban. On the day of the incident, I was experiencing very heavy lag and performance issues, and shortly after my PC completely crashed and shut down unexpectedly, causing me to disconnect from the server. This was a full system crash that was entirely outside of my control. While my PC was restoring and updating after the crash, I unfortunately fell asleep due to exhaustion, and this was not an intentional attempt to avoid anything. At the time, I was also not fully aware of the specific rule that applied to this situation. I would like to point out that I am always active on the server, play almost every day, have a fully working microphone, and actively communicate during roleplay. I also have friends from the server who can confirm my usual behavior and actions. I play Grand RP to enjoy roleplay, gather money, and progress fairly, and I would never intentionally risk everything I have built. I have been involved in hostage situations before and understand how they should be handled properly, which is why I would not intentionally act incorrectly in such a scenario. I also want to mention again that I had terrible lag before the crash, which directly led to the unexpected disconnect. I truly enjoy Grand RP and respect the community and its rules, and if I had known the rule beforehand, I would have acted differently to avoid this situation. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and kindly ask that my ban be reviewed and, if possible, lifted or reduced. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
