The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
The day has come, team building exercises with the state organizations. Help relations. The days events are designed to let off steam and that competitive edge we sometimes have.
It starts off at the stadium, where they line up in pairs.
The first leg is a piggyback race twice around the stadium racetrack.
For the second leg, they get on pushbikes and bike to the casino racetrack. They cannot start the third leg until their partner is with them.
The third part of the race is go-karts; they race around the track 4 times before they can stop. Where they compete as individuals
From there they run to the fight club boxing ring. Where the first 2 in the boxing ring box it out to be the winner of the day.
Why this event: Organisation relations are important to be able to work together when its needed the most. Bonding exercises and morale-boosting events are a great way to learn to work together as a team and also bond on a personal level.
Role of Each Organization Involved: State organisation members will compete against together then against one another to win.
Other organizations involved: State Organisation members – up to 20 people.
Vehicles/weapons needed: Bikes, go-karts
Admin Requirements: Spawn the people, spawn the bikes and go-karts. Crowd control
Rules of the event: No weapons, no killing
How is the event won? The one who wins at the boxing match wins.
Prize for the winner: $500,000
