Additional information
1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department (LSPD)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have been working within the LSPD, SAHP, GOV, and DOJ, I've had a city wide perspective of departmental and organizational activity. This is not something I need to begin learning from scratch, it is something I am prepared to do immediately. I am aware that leadership is not necessarily about barking orders at others but it's ensuring work is done correctly, promoting good communication with other organizations, and upholding the law with integrity which i will enforce throughout my term as leader.
2.2 I believe the example of a good organization is honesty and an attitude where hard work and high hours can be appropriately rewarded and praised. I am committed to punishing and noticing any form of favoritism or corruption, practicing a zero tolerance policy in order to make the LSPD the most of trustworthy and fair org in the city. Moreover, to provide 24/7 towing, I will inspect personally and take night shifts as Chief of Police for round the clock service as an indication of public dedication of my officers.
2.3 My goal is not only to maintain the LSPD, but to make it as the most valuable and respectable organization in the city. The main reason why I am going for a leadership role in LSPD lies in the fact that I am sure that my work in many organizations and departments has equipped me with the skills required to run the organization effectively. Through my work as assistant chief in the LSPD, combined with my experience as the District attorney at LSPD, I have been able to develop my skills regarding leadership, communication, tactical decision making, and teamwork, which I am committed to sharing with all the officers to ensure they all understand the right procedures and meet the high standards required in LSPD.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 In enhancement of the Role Play level of the LSPD, my first area of focus will be enhancing internal standards and training. This starts with a recruiting process headed by an active HRT department so that all incoming troopers have effective communication skills and a working knowledge of procedures and state law. On the inside. I will also institute, multi organization training with EMS and the National Guard, conducting simulation to mirror real life situations. This both advances our respective skill development and is the only method of acquiring the exemplary inter organization coordination needed for high stress operations, where EMS serves as a hostage refuge and all units function as a single unit.
3.2 I will make sure that the DA's and heads of IA who are experienced in the law give law classes every Saturday before the promotion ceremony's to enhance the newer officers law knowledge and to help them progress in the state as a new officer, this will enhance the RP and knowledge and create more immersion for not just LSPD but all civilians as well.
3.3 Lastly, for realistic RP I will tell all officers that what they do from the way they speak with citizens to the ways they participate in any type of event, directly influences the depiction of the LSPD in the server. I believe strongly in absolute fairness and have a zero tolerance policy for favoritism or undeserved ranks, as injustice will kill immersion and morale. By having experienced and able deputies train the lower ranks, and by having at all times consistently active tow and support units we create a strong team.
