2.1 I Want To be Chief Of Police because I want to make the City a safer and cleaner place for citizens and tourists.
My Main goal is to assist leos in high security tactical missions as well as maintaining the patrolling in city parameters to ensure that both mission and tows are getting completed. Activity is most important i will make sure that there are enough units to assist the leos and complete the towing also.
2.2 With my vast experience in all legal organisations. I have a big set of strategies to make this organisation more operational both during day and night. My Experienced HRT Team will make sure that open recruitment and hiring is in full swing during the day and night. making sure that everyone is confident with do's and dont's. To End Favoritism a strong IA team is also needed i will make sure that my IA is active and strict enough to end favoritism.
2.3 My SWAT Team Will be experienced equipped with tactics that will come in handy in high panic situations. They Will assist other leos in heavy gunfights and protect high profile individuals. A Organisation is considered alive if it has a good connection and bonding with people My PR team will create that bonding and connection with local citizen and travelers by Doing PR Events everyday to stand out more then ever.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I Will make sure that there is absolutely no favoritism internally and externally. Assigning trustworthy and experienced deputies that will also enforce the same. assigning High commands with proper experience and proof that he was indeed a high command
3.2 I will make sure to have active towing units during day and as well as during night to make sure city is clean and shiny. Most Terms are sabotaged because of internal conflicts and targeting I will make sure that there are no internal conflicts and targeting with the help of my IA making things enjoyable and fair for everyone
3.3 A good HRT team is core strength of a Organisation. I Will make sure that each and every unit knows the law and rules. This will result in less subpoenas and perfections in arresting and give them trainings on how to deal with lawyers and follow the proper procedures
