2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Since I started playing the game, I have almost always been part of the Families gang. I have held positions such as Under Deputy and High Command. I received advice from the leaders and carefully followed their guidance, and I now believe that I have a strong command of all aspects of the gang. If I obtain the leadership position, I believe I will be able to maintain a high-quality roleplay experience for my members. I already have competent and experienced high-command members to manage the gang effectively and keep it dynamic. I have learned from my past mistakes, and I now believe that I am suitable and qualified for leadership.
Additionally, The Families was the first organization I joined when I arrived in the city, and I have many memories associated with it. If I am granted the leadership position, I have friends and groups who are willing to support me in managing the term. My goal is to run an active and well-organized term that is beneficial for the gang. My experience in the city and my leadership abilities will not go to waste. Becoming the leader of the gang where my journey began holds special meaning and motivation for me. I hope the administrators reviewing my application will understand my commitment and dedication to the gang.
For my dedication and the efforts Im willing to put in I think I should at-least get a chance to attend the interview.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My primary objective is to ensure that members remain active within the organization and to prevent monotony. In line with this, I will regularly plan various events; after completing weekly tasks, I will organize hostage scenarios, store robberies, and FZ raids that contribute to the development of my members. Additionally, I aim to reward dedicated members through bonuses and a rank system to ensure they feel valued and satisfied being part of the organization.
If I assume the leadership role, I will not tolerate any form of toxic behavior within the organization. I strongly believe that mutual respect is essential for maintaining a healthy community and a well-structured organization. Therefore, regardless of rank, anyone who displays toxic behavior will face appropriate disciplinary actions.
To ensure organizational discipline, a structured and active strike system will be implemented, with full responsibility placed on all High Command members. Prioritizing the safety of my members, I aim to ensure that turfers participate not only in turf activities but also in all organizational events. Necessary precautions will be taken to prevent any member of the organization from being arrested. Additionally, a coordinated and communicative turfer team that maintains positive relations with other players will be established.
Throughout my term, I aim to achieve the highest possible level of turf control. As long as the members of the organization act with teamwork and coordination, I believe the term will be successful and productive.
