I believe this penalty is wrong, and I have consulted with the in-game moderator, whose response I am sharing here. While on duty, I was going to issue a ticket for illegal parking, but the driver started shooting without giving a demand. I only fired in self-defense, and you can see from my in-game conversation with the moderator that I can fire in self-defense while on duty and that this is not RDM (Random Deathmatch). I request that the warning be removed and my RDM penalty be completely revoked. Respectfully.
