2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. Like I have said many times before I have a very long personal history with all leo organizations. I have personally been employed with FIB, GOV, SAHP, LSPD. In which I have held many roles, and have led many divisions alongside those roles. Most importantly HRT, IA, and UC.
B. I have held many high command positions within all organizations. From being the Vice Governor, to the Deputy Chief of Police, to COS. I understand what it means to be an officer, what it means to be high command, and what it means to be a part of leadership. Alongside that knowledge I have been a lawyer and understand exactly how the law works.
C. I personally want to be leader of SAHP as it would show just how capable I truly am. I have proved myself time and time again during my many years within the city. And I believe taking on a full leadership role would truly show exactly how much I deserve to be in the positions I have earned. I believe I have also earned this chance and am willing to take a shot at it!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
A. My advice remains the same regardless of the organization. I believe it's super important to make sure everyone has proper training, and at the same time understands exactly what their jobs are and how to properly do them. I will make sure HRT performs regular training and checkups on our units.
B. I truly believe that its important to have a strong high command. I would make sure my high command does not show any favoritism. And that they enforce the chain of command. While also keeping up great organization relationships within the other LEO organizations. I believe a strong relationship is key to a uniform and safer city!
