2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation):
2.1 I want to become the Leader of Bloods because, I have been Leaders of 4 organizations, which are SAHP, Marabunta, Ballas and Aztecas (unofficial org) then had great terms that had great activities. In my last Ballas term, i wrote my %100 turf goal in my application and achieved that goal easily in literally 3 weeks and didnt even need to get the 2nd term. Therefore, i truly believe that i can just get %100 turf with the same turf team that i got an easy %100 again.
2.2 I want to become a Leader of Bloods because from my last experiences, i know how things in gangs usually work. i can plan situations such as hostage situations, store robberies, fz raids and also specially win the turfs with my great turf team. Being a leader of this organization will let me get %100 turf again and make the term more powerful and respected between other gangs.
2.3 When i was in events such as store robberies, fz raids, and clands, a lot of people were keeping nonsense arguments as always together and ruining whole roleplay. So, i tried to solve this problem in my Ballas and Marabunta term then succeeded. I am sure that i can also do the same thing and success again just like the last time. I will solve lots of problems about RP during my term and try to get %100 turf at the same time then certainly complete my goal.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
3.1 If we ensure that none of highcommands will even think of doing favoritism during the term and if they do, we give the fair punishment, everything will be perfect in the term. And although if we tell people not to break rules (for example: wearing personal clothes instead of red during robberies) and if they keep breaking rules, we should give the fair punishment again so everything can go great as planned. Additionally, attending events, ghetto clapping, giving enough bonuses are the most serious things ever because if we give fair ranks, promote and demote fairly and give enough bonuses to members, then they will notice that we do everything properly and fairly so this term may even be the best term they will have ever seen.
