LI Leader Harry West (ID: 148045) is showing partiality.
I have already filed an IC complaint, but no one is listening to me. Even Harry spends the whole day active, making cheap jokes with the senior manager, yet when asked for a conversation in voice chat, he says he is busy in real life.

Coming to the main point:
Ever since we accused Harry of partiality, we have been continuously targeted. Many people make minor mistakes every day, but when we make a mistake, it is never avoided.
Today, a person posted an ad for Prime. I published it under Selling Prime (price negotiable). Harry said why I changed the ad and said that I dont have right to the change . I apologized and said that next time I would reject the ad instead. However, he responded that I would be punished and said that I cannot change an ad unless the person specifically asks me to do so.
What kind of rule is this? Every day, people post ads under the names of other members, and those ads are changed into buying, selling, office, parking, or business templates. This rule is not written anywhere in the policy.
If this is considered metagaming, then how is it acceptable that someone posts an ad in your name and asks to apply their business template? What kind of quality roleplay is this?

After that, the HOD of LI, Babu Moshaie, explained the situation to me and said that I was wrong in this case. I accepted my mistake and then reached out to the HOD of LI, Sage Saint (ID: 160610). She made her decision and said that she would retest me tomorrow.

When this news spread, these people started talking among themselves. Sage was asked to take a demotion, and she accepted it.
After that, out of nowhere, Harry promoted the senior manager and made him the HOD of LI, just to have me removed from the organization. Later, I sent a DM to HOD OF ADS Aria to ask for proof of the retest.

kicked me from the org.

Firstly, the punishment Ahmed Kaliya received was deserved. However, on the other hand, this forum is also valid, as what he did was wrong and changing the AD is not permissible. That said, as per Sage, Ahmed Kaliya was supposed to be retested. Even if Sage was demoted, the next person should have respected Sage’s decision that Ahmed Kaliya should be retested, not kicked off. It is also important to mention that Luca Morningstar, who replaced Sage, must have communicated with Ahmed Kaliya regarding this matter, as Ahmed Kaliya was in a valid position to be retested.
When it comes to Aria Skyfall, it is clearly visible that Aria Skyfall was treated with partiality. I believe Harry West is a good leader and has been leading Lifeinvader in a positive manner; however, revoking two strikes was, in my opinion, not a good decision. I may not be fully aware of all the internal reasons behind it. While one mistake being revoked can be understandable, revoking two strikes in the same week raises concerns.
I am also providing a screenshot where the employee Aria Skyfall mistakenly typed “(T)” after “negotiable.” As far as I know, this does not follow the policy. Although the leadership may have better knowledge of the rules, this mistake was noticed by Harry himself, yet no disciplinary action was taken. The screenshot includes the date and time, and the ID has been removed for privacy reasons.
I am not disrespecting anyone, and this is not a personal attack on any individual. I am simply stating what is clearly visible. I am glad that this issue has been raised, as transparency is important. I trust that the curators or higher-ups, who have more experience and knowledge, will make the appropriate decision. If I am mistaken or if this statement unintentionally hurts anyone, I sincerely apologize. Thank you.

2. The current Hod choice is he/she give retest or no.
3. I dont need to give retest thats my choice not others
4. If he got 2 strike that fast nothing will change if the 3th strike gets removed he get other one fast if he making a lot mistakes.
5. Who really start crying about that and post forum dont even deserve a retest

Oh and one more thing!
if u make that many mistake next time check the policy 2 times or dont cheat on the test (if u can get hired)
if u passed without cheating on test u cant make that mistakes what u did

Im not sure how ive been involved in this, but I requested to be demoted for personal reasons. I wasnt kicked or anything as being described here. All evidence of my request can be found in employee requests. This retest was not on my mind as I am very busy and dont always have time to manage everything. It is up to the new HoD to decide on retest.

FYI: The conflict seems between you and the high commands of the organization. This can be sorted out ICly with them and you can still talk to the leader about your issue. Leaders decision + 3/3 strike is completely IC. Furthermore, if you are still not satisfied, we have a court system so that you can take necessary measures ICly.​
