These guys entered Fort Zancudo Red Zone and stole NG ammo without exiting the vehicle, which is Powergaming (unrealistic, mechanics abuse) and Fail RP (no roleplay actions) and additionally these guys exploited game mechanic to collect ammo from inside a vehicle which constitutes Bug Abuse Under GR 6.23. When I was shooting at them, he intentionally rammed me with the car and escaped, constituting VDM / car ramming.

Bruh what kind of PG and bug abuse I was doing i am not able to take ammo while driving (game mechanics working properly there is no bug abuse things)
and u talking about fail rp bro there is no rp interaction u and me then what kind of fail rp it is
