Hello, today I was banned under the reason Helping Banevade. I am being accused of helping and playing with someone who was previously blacklisted. I categorically reject this accusation.
I am a family owner, and just as I cannot know whether people who join my family were previously blacklisted on another account, I also cannot know that befriending them would be forbidden. If one or more of my family members violated any rules on their previous accounts and were blacklisted, that is their responsibility, not mine.
If I had known that any of my family members had previously committed such a violation, I would have immediately informed Jonny Odd, whom I consult on every important matter and with whom I maintain close communication. I respectfully ask that the presumption of innocence be taken into consideration here. If such a situation truly exists, I would like to emphasize that the deceived party is not only the admins, but also myself personally.
I would like to clearly state that I did not help anyone reopen an account, reinstall the game, or return to the server in any way, nor did I ever encourage such actions. Since it is impossible for me to ask every person joining my family questions such as “Were you blacklisted on another account before?”, it is an undeniable fact that I cannot have information about my family members’ previous accounts.
I kindly request that the other blacklisted users be questioned and that it be asked whether I helped them in any way. I have been playing on this server for nearly five years which is no small amount of time. I have made many friends here; many have left the game, many are still playing, and with many of them I have even had the opportunity to meet in real life.
Regardless of the final decision, I will continue to support the Grand RP server. My trust in Jonny Odd, the other admin team members, and the justice of Grand RP is complete.
